Return & Exchange Policy

At Elara Scents, we strive for perfection. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.

What is your return window? +

We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

Can I return a perfume if I don't like the smell? +

Because fragrances are personal hygiene products, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been opened or sprayed. We highly recommend purchasing our Discovery Sampler Set before committing to a full-sized bottle.

What if my bottle arrives damaged or leaking? +

If your order is damaged during transit, please email us at support@elarascents.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo/video of the damaged bottle. We will ship a replacement to you immediately at no extra cost.

How do I start an exchange? +

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if unopened), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please contact our team to guide you through the process.

When will I receive my refund? +

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
